Our goal is to get back to our old processing times within the next 60 days. Though this seems like a long time, we want to be fully transparent with where we’re at as a business and provide you with honest, realistic estimates. We can’t express how much we appreciate your continued patience and support through these crazy times, and we’re so excited to keep growing alongside you and your businesses, overcoming challenges when they arise.

CanadaPost Service Delays

Last but not least we want to address an issue that will likely cause delays for Canadian shipments, but that is entirely out of our control. Due to the recent increase in online shopping, CanadaPost’s shipping times are currently 2-4 times longer than previously. This delay also applies to orders sent with a postage stamp.

While we know these delays are frustrating, unfortunately once your order is with CanadaPost there is nothing we can do on our end to speed up its delivery. Once you’ve gotten confirmation that your order has been shipped, we ask that you be patient and give the postal service time to get your order to you while they keep their staff safe. You can refer to their service updates to anticipate delivery timeframes.

We don’t offer Free shipping anymore due to Canada Post Major Increase we are sorry about this.

We do have some better rates for items like T-Shirt – We try hard to get you the best rate with Canada Post and our supplier!

The most important aspects of our returns policies are:

  • All sales are final
  • In the case of a defect, contact us within 4 days of receiving your order
  • Send us a photo showing the defect

All of our Articles are created in Canada, we need some time to make them here is how long it takes!

  • T-Shirts – 2 Days for us to make it hot off the press
  • Clothing 3 days for us to get our custom print and sew them
  • Bags 5 days for us to get our custom print and sew them
  • Device Cases 3 days for us to get it printed on the case

Estimated Shipping Times

Orders for Canadian customers normally take 2-8 business days to arrive. Shipping to Eastern Provinces takes about 3-4 business days and shipping to Western provinces can take 4-7 business days. Shipping to Ontario is usually 1-2 days. Remote locations can take up to 15-20 days.

Orders to US customers generally take 2-6 business days once shipped. US ship-outs occur on 3 times a week Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday.

2019 Holiday Shipping Deadlines

If you need a package to get to someone in time for Christmas, check out the final shipping dates below. Make sure your drop ship order is placed at least 10 business days before the final ship date of the region your package is going to, so that there is a bit of wiggle room for its arrival.

Canada Post (Canada only)
Regular/Expedited: December 13th is the last ship date (order before November 30th)

USPS (USA only)
December 16th is the last ship date (order before December 2nd)

Standard International Service (outside Canada & the USA)
Tracked & untracked service: November 29th is the last ship date (order before November 15th)

Please note that shipping companies cannot necessarily guarantee the exact delivery date of your goods. We and our shipping partners will do our best to insure your holiday deadlines are met.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, send us an email and pictures of the item to The replacement product will be exactly the same as your original order.

If you email us regarding a defective product, we will provide you with an address to return your product to via mail.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
